This book is the result of a long time working, revising, and editing material, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank a number of people who have helped me get through this. First of all, I'd like to thank Damon Jordan, our development editor. Despite working with a couple of Brits, Damon keeps his cool very well.

Shelley Johnston is the person my wife blames for holing me up in my office for more nights than she cares to remember Shelley, thank you for allowing us to build upon the heritage of the Red Hat/Fedora Unleashed series. I'd like to also thank Megan Wade, our production editor who had to read all of this. I can imagine that she must definitely sleep well at night!

Dallas Releford was responsible for making sure everything was correct technically, and both Paul and I are privileged to have worked with someone of his caliber.

Of course, those who are nearest to you support you the most, and I'd like to put on record that Paul and I have not fought once over this book, which is amazing considering we are brothers. Paul, thank you for being a sounding board and a test bed for numerous things. We did it! Our parents are loved and cherished by us both for the support and love they give us. My dear wife Bernice, who has been pregnant all the way through this book, thank you for being a part of my life and encouraging me in what I do. I also want to thank our unborn child, due in June, for showing me that there is more to life than Linux.
