Our WCM data model addresses personalization by providing users the ability to tag content and users with attributes that can be used for personalizing, segmenting audiences, and profiling users. A third party personalization and rules engine could also be used to run our WCM application and provide sophisticated tooling and business support for e-mail campaigns, logging, and targeted advertising.
