Printing Mail Merges and Other Documents Based on Data Sources

To print a document containing data from a data source, such as a holiday newsletter mail merge, you can't just choose File > Print. Instead, choose File > Form Letter, specify the data source you're using and where to print it, then click OK. See Printing on page 399 for more information.
