Acrobat provides keyboard shortcuts for inserting new pages, deleting existing pages, cropping pages, and rotating them.
Windows [Ctrl]-[Shift]-[I], Mac [ z ]-[Shift]-[I]
Display the Select File To Insert dialog box
In the Select File To Insert dialog box, select the file you want to insert, and then click the Select button. In the resulting Insert Pages dialog box (the Mac version is shown here), specify where to locate the pages, and then click the OK button.
Windows [Ctrl]-[Shift]-[D], Mac [ z ]-[Shift]-[D]
Display the Delete Pages dialog box
In the Delete Pages dialog box (the Windows version is shown here), specify the pages to delete, click the OK button, and then click the Yes button in the confirmation dialog box.
Windows [Ctrl]-[Shift]-[T], Mac [ z ]-[Shift]-[T]
Display the Crop Pages dialog box
In the Crop Pages dialog box, choose cropping options, and then click the OK button.
Windows [Ctrl]-[Shift]-[R], Mac [ z ]-[Shift]-[R]
Display the Rotate Pages dialog box
In the Rotate Pages dialog box (the Mac version is shown here), choose the rotation direction and the pages to rotate, and then click the OK button.
