Print Reports or Graphs

Sometimes you'll want to print the report or graph. In either case, begin by creating the report or graph that you want.

On Windows, click the Print button at the top of the report or graph window.

The Print dialog appears. Make any adjustments to the print job you desire , then click OK.

On the Mac, with the report or graph window open, choose File > Print Report or File > Print Graph (the menu item changes to match the kind of window you have open ). The Print dialog appears. Click Print.
