Transfer Money Online

If you have more than one online-enabled account at a particular financial institution, and if that institution allows you to transfer money online between those accounts, you can transfer the funds electronically through Quicken.

On Windows, click the Online Center button in the Toolbar or choose Online > Online Center..

Choose the financial institution you want from the Financial Institution pop-up menu. Choose the source of the funds from the Transfer Money From pop-up menu, and the destination of the funds from the To pop-up menu. Quicken shows you the balance of each account underneath the source and destination. Enter the transfer amount in the Amount field, then click the Enter button. To send the payment, click the Update/Send button.

The Online Center window appears. Click the Transfers tab.

On the Mac, choose Online > Transfer Money Online.

In the resulting dialog, choose the financial institution you want from the Financial Institution pop-up menu. Enter the transfer amount in the Amount field. Choose the source of the funds from the From pop-up menu, and the destination of the funds from the To pop-up menu. To send the payment, click the Send Now button.
