Summary

This chapter looked at the available Exchange clients: Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Mobile Access, and ActiveSync. All four clients access the same information stored in Exchange, but the level of detail and functionality varies for each client. It is common for knowledge workers to utilize multiple Exchange clients, depending on their physical location and available bandwidth. This chapter also outlined key design and performance features and common troubleshooting issues.
