One of the biggest improvements in Small Business Server 2003 over older versions is the addition of the built-in monitoring and reporting tools. In the past, even a simple task such as sending the backup logs via email could take hours to configure. Today, with just a couple of clicks you can create impressive-looking HTML reports that can be sent automatically via email or retrieved on demand using the company's intranet.
