After the reviewers have added their comments to your PDF document, you can collect all their comments into a new, easy-to-read PDF you can print out and use as a reference while editing your original source document.

1.
Select a Comment Summary Option

From the Comments menu, select the Print Document with Comments Summary command. This opens the Summarize Options dialog box.

2.
Select a Layout

In the Summarize Options dialog box, you can choose from four layouts to print the PDF document and comments: Document and Comments with Connector Lines on Separate Pages, Document and Comments with Connector Lines on Single Pages, Comments Only , or Document and Comments with Sequence Numbers on Separate Pages . Click the radio button next to the layout to make your selection. A preview example of each layout appears.

Other options to choose from are the paper size; sorting comments by author, date, page, or type; whether to include all comments in the document or just the comments currently showing on the page; and the font size of the printed text.

3.
View the Comment Summary

After you have made your selection as to how you want to display the document and comments, click the OK button to print the comments summary.
