Use Case Purpose:	The purpose of this use case is to create a new Care Plan for a Resident.

Preconditions:	The Access Clinical Records use case has been successfully executed.
Postconditions:	A Care Plan is created.
Limitations:	A Care Plan must be created within 24 hours of Resident's admission.

Basic Flow:

A.	The Nurse reviews the Clinical Records via the Access Clinical Records use case.
B.	The Nurse extracts the needed information from the Clinical Records to create a new Care Plan.
C.	The Nurse updates the Care Plan Review Schedule.
