Use Case Name :	Destroy Clinical Records
Use Case Purpose:	The purpose of this use case is to implement the destruction of Clinical Records that have been held in the Archive for a specified period of time.

Preconditions:	The Manage Clinical Records use case has been executed and the Close Clinical Records use case has been executed.
Postconditions:	The Records Destruction Schedule may be updated.
Limitations:	This use case should be executed after the execution of the Close Clinical Records use case.
Assumptions:	This use case will be automatically executed once a day, between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. This use case can also be invoked by the Medical Records Manager. Record Destruction Date is set for 7 years (default) after closure.

Basic Flow:

A.	The Records Destruction Schedule is examined to determine which Clinical Records are scheduled for destruction.
B.	If any records are scheduled for destruction, the Archive is opened with exclusive access. If not, this use case terminates.
C.	All Clinical Records due for destruction are deleted from the Archive.
D.	The Archive is closed and exclusive access is released.
E.	The Records Destruction Schedule is updated to reflect the destruction of the Clinical Records.
