The Case Study Status

The design of the database is now well under way. The tables, columns , and relationships have been created, the data model has been pretty well denormalized , and it is time to start looking at the physical storage of the data. The EAB Healthcare database designers will work with the database administrators and the system administrators to determine what hardware is available and re quired, what their specific DBMS requires for storage and its rules, and how to thoroughly capture the data in the best way possible for speed and quality.
