Entering and saving worksheet data is only a fraction of what you can do with Microsoft Office Excel 2003. Next steps involve making sure your worksheet is as accurate as it can be and making it look professional by choosing fonts, colors, pictures, and more. When you ve got the worksheet the way you want it, you can preview it to make sure the page breaks occur in the right places, and choose your favorite options before you print.
Microsoft Online includes a gallery of common worksheet templates you can use to build worksheets you are creating. If you want to apply formats to an existing worksheet section, you can use AutoFormat, available in the Format menu. See the section, Fast Formatting, later in this chapter for details.
