• Access enables you to sort your data easily ”A to Z or Z to A ”by clicking the tool you want on the Standard toolbar.

• When you search for data in Access, you can use Ctrl+F to find a specific item, Ctrl+H to search and replace existing data, or a filter to display a group of records with the items you specify.

• You can use queries to ask the database to show you something related to the data stored in the data tables. Access includes a wizard to help you create a query that will provide the best response to your question.

• You can link tables to establish relationships among them. This enables you to perform operations ”including sorts, searches, and queries ”on a large table with many linked tables.

• The new Object Dependencies command enables you to find out which objects depend on the selected object. This helps you make educated choices about what you want to change in the database.

• Now you can back up your databases easily by using the Back Up Database command in the File menu.
