Physics is becoming one of the most important parts of game development, both at the hobby and professional levels. In the future, physics hardware will be available to aid us in creating realistic physics, just as 3D hardware helps us today. Eventually, a game physics programmer will be as important a part of the team as the 3D programmer; if not more important.

You should be able to take what you have learned in this chapter and apply it to all sorts of games . Making things bounce around realistically can greatly enhance the experience of your game, so include physics wherever it's appropriate.
