1.	Which of the issues in Section 12.2 apply to your organization?
2.	Make a priority-ordered list of the issues that do apply. What factors helped you order them?
3.	Are the uncertainties more about the market and what your product should do or more about the technology of platforms and tools for development?
4.	What knowledge about your organization or its market are you missing?
5.	How change resistant is your organization? Have you had lots of change forced on you? How much did you initiate? Which changes were successful? Why? Was the notion of success defined beforehand?
