12.6. Summary

RPS is a reasonably typical small software development company. The employees have good morale but keep being pushed off balance by the actions of others and by their inability to make changes with confidence. They hope to achieve their business goals through changes to the way in which they develop their software. In the remainder of this part, we show how they start to incorporate Fit tests into their development process.
