Emily, the lead programmer, who has a depth of experience in software development and works well with people.
Sarah, a younger tester who has recently joined the company, having had a little previous experience with agile testing.
Neo, a programmer new to the company, who has had some previous experience with some of the Extreme Programming practices. His given name is Neil, but others noticed his superb online game-playing skills and gave him his nickname.
Seth, a salesperson who gets involved in defining additions to RentEz. He has an uncanny ability to understand what customers need, even when they're unclear. He is also excellent at moving product.
Tim and Fiona, who work for two rental companies that use RentEz. They became RentEz enthusiasts who are pleased to provide RentAPartySoftware with feedback on the product and its future direction.
