Summary


Most designers feel more comfortable with one design approach than others, although most designers mix approaches as they work. A designer's temperament, personal philosophy, and view of work and of a project's users will help determine which approach the designer prefers. But the best designers are those who can move between different approaches as the situation warrants, so it's good to know them all.
