Returns the value of the Trigamma function

Arguments

• Restriction: Nonpositive integers are invalid.

Details

The TRIGAMMA function returns the derivative of the DIGAMMA function. For argument > 0, the TRIGAMMA function is the second derivative of the LGAMMA function.
