The Timeline panel's wing menu contains two important settings:
Audio Units. Changes the counter setting from video frames to audio units. This feature functions the same as it does in the Monitor panels, allowing greater zooming power and more detail from the audio files in the timeline. To remove clicks and pops or to make sure you are editing at the right spot, switch to Audio Units, zoom in, and find the proper place to make your edit (Figures 5.29).
Figure 5.29. With the display set to Audio Units, you can zoom into the timeline at a subframe level. Doing this helps you extract more details from your audio file to clip out, remove, or cut on exact samples
Sequence Zero Point. Opens a dialog that enables you to reassign the starting timecode value of your current sequence. This is very helpful with multi-camera editing techniques. It is also helpful if you are creating a project that matches back to another tape with its own specific timecode. Whatever value you enter will reflect the displayed timecode value of frame 1 in your sequence. Even though these options are tucked away in a wing menu, they can still be assigned as keyboard shortcuts from Edit > Keyboard Customization > Windows > Timeline Window > Timeline Window Menu.
