Chapter 4: The GroupWise Address Book

One of the biggest areas of enhancement in GroupWise 6.5 is in the Address Book. The transformation from a simple address-lookup feature to a more powerful contact-management tool has been completed in this release of GroupWise. The traditional features, such as name completion and shared address books, are still in place, and new features, such as the Contacts folder, have been added to the Address Book. We cover each of these features in this chapter and show you how to leverage the Address Book for contact management.
