Outlook Web Access is a wonderful adjunct to your Exchange service offerings; it gives users much of the functionality of Outlook, but with no requirements other than a reasonably modern Web browser. However, maintaining security for Outlook Web Access deployments requires careful attention to the use of SSL (particularly for password changes), network design, and Windows 2000 configuration.
