Build Scenario Models (Process Notes 2.1.10)

Scenarios are stories built to illustrate the way that a user might operate an intended system. The scenario is built to illustrate the user's viewpoint of a business event and is used to clarify the implications of a requirement.

Scenarios can be built using a variety of media. The simplest scenario might be straight text, but is more likely to be pictures or diagrams. In fact, you should use any format and media that feels comfortable to the user.
