Summary

InfoPath provides the ideal solution for information gathering and helps to streamline the process of gathering and reusing information throughout an enterprise. InfoPath offers a set of tools that enable you to create dynamic forms to gather and share information across a wide range of business processes. Due to the native format of XML, BizTalk Server 2004 uses InfoPath as an easy-to-use interface. This chapter has shown how you can use the process management features of BizTalk Server 2004 to generate an XML Web Service that can easily be consumed by InfoPath.

In the next chapter, we move back into the client side. We will take a look at how we can create smart client applications that can take advantage of these server-side orchestrations.
