Add Links Toolbar

The Links toolbar is an area on the Taskbar that contains icons representing Web pages. Click an icon there, and your browser opens to its Web page.

Now we're going to expand the Links toolbar. This will place the Web link icons right on the Taskbar and allow you to add your own links as well.
