Sort & Organize Files

You'll notice that one of the choices for sorting was Modified. This is short for date modified. This can be a useful way to sort files, though it is more useful in Details view than in icon view.

Go to the View menu and select Details to bring the Details view forward.

The folder is now sorted with the most recently modified files at the top.
