This is the document. It is obtained from the user or appropriate team member indicating that the product was successfully rolled out to all users. It is the culmination of a lot of people's hard work and should be a shared reading experience across the Core Team. Each member has contributed to the success of the project and deserves to see it formally accepted by the user community; however, the work has only just begun for those folks in the SPMO.
