Greg Feirer has been playing with computers since the Apple II, and he's built software with just about every computer system since. Greg has been a consultant for the last 10 years and is currently working as a software architect.

Steve Heckler is president of Accelebrate (www.accelebrate.com), an IT training and technical writing firm based in Atlanta. Prior to founding Accelebrate, he served more than six years as a senior manager and instructor at a leading IT training firm.

Steve has been an avid Perl developer for nearly seven years and an XML developer for three years. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Stanford University.
