If you happen to be one of the early adopters of the Treo 650, you might have run into the problem of your device's memory system not being very efficient. More specifically, the Treo 650's initial memory system was redesigned to be nonvolatile, and in the process became less efficient, literally costing users several megabytes of effective storage space. Although the issue has been resolved in newer Treo 650 devices, and a software update is available for older devices, addressing ways in which you can conserve memory on your device is still worthwhile. |
