Project CRAndWFiles

Display Preparation by the Programmer

Preparing data for presentation on the screen is not all that easy for the programmer. First of all, the programmer must set up a dummy screen that will receive the data and present it. This involves a great deal of layout time. Second, if a series of labels are created on a window to display the data, each time the data is presented every label must be filled (some with data and some with blanks). There are no automatic refresh schemes for window displays.
