Because of the uncertainties involved in formatting and outputting large amounts of data to a printer, some programmers choose to display the data on a video screen only. They usually remind the user that the data on the screen can be copied to a local printer (one screen at a time) by using the universal Windows sequence of screen print commands:
Highlight the screen (with the data on it) with the cursor.
Press Alt+PrtScreen .
Open the word processor and place the cursor at the top of the page.
Press Ctrl+V to place the screen onto the word processor page.
Print the page.
Decide whether or not to save the page as a word processor document.
