Because of their cost-effective, sustainable, and scalable infrastructure, HotSpots and the entire WISP industry will be the basis for an IP communications infrastructure of the future.

There is a high level of interest and potential demand for Wi-Fi services, a fact that is well documented through numerous industry surveys. And yes, there are unresolved issues that have caused Wall Street to hesitate as others race to jump on the Wi-Fi bandwagon. Yet, given the high level of activity in the Wi-Fi arena, it shouldn't be long before many of the naysayers' concerns are settled to everyone's satisfaction.
