Construction services

Upon accession it will be possible to provide construction services via joint ventures with a foreign majority. After three years , wholly foreign owned enterprises will be permitted to carry out foreign-financed projects (including projects funded by institutions such as the IMF and the World Bank) and Chinese- funded projects where Chinese construction firms can justify the need for international assistance.
