There are 2,858 kilometres of road in the city. The No. 102 and No 205 state highways run through the city, giving access to all parts of China. Three trunk lines “ Beijing-Shenyang, Beijing-Qinhuangdao and Datong- Qinhuangdao “ run through it. There are 21 train stations of which Shanhaiguan station is one of the China's 12 marshalling yards. Qinhuangdao Airport is of international 4C standard, offering regular flights to all over 20 major cities of China, including Shanghai, Dalian, Xi'an and Kmning. Qinhuangdao is one of the largest natural seaports of North China, it is ice- and silt-free, with an annual cargo handling capacity of over 90 million tonnes, Qinhuangdao port has business relations with 130 countries and regions in the world as well as 30 domestic ports. The port has shipping lines connecting the city with more than 150 international ports.
