The User Input


The user enters his or her selection by clicking one of the GameLetter instances in the GameController class, represented in the Flash movie as an instance named cgc on the Main Timeline. When a GameLetter instance is clicked, the onLetterClicked() function of the GameController class is invoked. This function, as we discussed earlier in this chapter, submits the letter property of the clicked GameLetter instance to the GameModel's checkLetter() function.
