Syntax: Get ( StatusAreaState )

Parameters: none

Description: Returns a number that represents the state of the status area of the active window.

Examples:

 Get(StatusAreaState) 

returns if the status area is hidden.

Returns 1 if the status area is visible.

Returns 2 if the status area is visible and locked.

Returns 3 if the status area is hidden and locked.

Comments:

If you want a single test that will tell you whether the status area is hidden (regardless of whether it's locked or not), use Mod (Get (StatusAreaState) ; 3) . When this returns , the status area is hidden; when it's anything else, the status area is visible.
