It's easy to add attributes to elements correctly even if you don't remember the attribute names or proper syntax. Simply select the new attribute for the selected element from the pull-down menu in the Outline Editor (Figure 86a). Figure 86a. Adding attributes is easy in the Outline Editor.
It's just as easy to edit attributes in the Outline Editor as it is to add them. For example, the LONGDESC attribute can be used to add extended accessibility features to images, but there is no corresponding field in the Image Inspector when you use the Layout Editor. Outline mode makes it easy to add and edit attributes that are used less frequently and are not available in the Inspector (Figure 86b). Figure 86b.
