For years, Adobe Acrobat has had the ability to turn a Web page or an entire Web site into a PDF. Now in GoLive CS2 you can create a PDF of your entire Web site in just a few clicks without leaving your favorite Web-authoring application. Make sure the Site window is open and active and choose File > Export > HTML as Adobe PDF. The Export dialog looks the same as the one we've explained in the rest of this chapter with one exception: the Site Creation section (Figure 107). Figure 107. The Site Creation section of the Export Adobe PDF dialog allows you to create one linked PDF from your entire Web site.Adjust the rest of your PDF settings as you prefer them and select Site Creation on the left side of the Export dialog. From the top, choose whether you want to create one multipage PDF of all the selected files or separate PDF files for each individual HTML page. If you're trying to create archives or print-only versions of several individual Web pages, the second option might help, but we almost always choose the Single PDF option. Also make sure you keep the Resolve Links option enabled. The only other decision you have to make is exactly which files you want to convert with the Work On menu in the middle of the dialog. If you had some files selected in the Site window before choosing the Export command, you can choose to convert just those selected files. Otherwise, you'll probably want to convert everything in the Files tab or the Whole site (including templates, stationery, and so on). When you've made your choices, click Export and watch as GoLive does all the hard work for you.
