Summary

In this hour, you learned about the services available in Outlook that aren't used as often as Outlook's other features. Some of these features are needed by only a small subset of Outlook users; other features are new to Outlook and many users aren't aware of the features or don't understand how they work. This hour showed you how to use these services.

You might not use Windows Messenger service to send instant messages to friends or need the fax services to send documents now, but if you ever have the need to use either feature, you now know how to use it.

Other less-used features found in Outlook include voting and the personal address book. Voting is fun and usable by everyone, for serious or silly votes . By contrast, the personal address book shouldn't be used by most users.

The final feature covered in this hour was send/receive groups. Although this feature is very important because it controls your connections to your mailbox server, it's often forgotten and many users continue to use the default settings.
