Summary

This hour showed you some of the ways you can use the Office applications and Outlook data. You learned how to use mail merge to prepare letters , email, and other documents using Outlook's contact data.

This hour also included information on how to use the Office Envelope to send email from any Office program that supports the Office Envelope feature. Only Microsoft Office programs support the Office envelope, but many other applications can open files as attachments.
