Chapter 13. HP-UX and Windows Installation on Integrity Servers

Although the focus of this book is Linux on Integrity servers, you can also load Windows Server 2003 and HP-UX 11i on Integrity servers. This chapter provides a quick overview of installing these two operating systems. The coverage of installing these two operating systems is not nearly as complete as the overall Linux topics in all the remaining chapters of this book, but you'll get a feel for these two operating systems on Integrity servers. At the time of this writing, you can boot one of these operating systems on an HP system. By the time you read this, you'll be able to run all three operating systems simultaneously on an HP system in different hard partitions (nPartitions.) Please keep in mind that in order to do this, you must have a system that supports nPartitions. The systems used in the examples in this book do not support nPartitions.
