Summary

Every project team needs closure at the end of the project. We call this the post-mortem. Other people call it the project retrospective. It is a time for the team to reflect on their experiences ”what worked and what didn't work. More importantly, it's a time to make things better for the next project. Take time to make your post-mortem valued by and valuable to the whole team.
