For this step, we'll use one of the Premiere Elements effects that don't work just on the clip/track that you apply it to, but which also require somethingin this case an imageon another track working in tandem in order for the effect to work. We've already added our "paper." By applying the Texturize effect and pointing it to the track where the "paper" is, we'll be able to add the illusion that the "pencil sketch" has been "drawn" on paper.
