Chapter 7. Framesets
Older versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer do not support frames. If anyone out there uses an old 2.0 or 3.0 browser (I'm assuming few and far between), the user will not be able to see your site. However there is a tag inserted into frameset documents called <noframes>. This tag can act as an alternate for any browser that can't interpret framesets.
To create <noframes> content, choose Modify, Frameset, Edit No Frames Content. This changes the document to reflect what's inside the <noframes> tag. If this is the first time, the document may look like a normal blank document. Design this page in a way that you would want your viewers to see the site if the browser wasn't frameset capable. When you're done, choose Modify, Frameset, Edit No Frames Content to return to the frameset.
