Summary of Desired Change:	I would like the software to have the ability to use caller ID to retrieve the contact s information before a saleperson answers the phone.
Reason for Desired Change:	This feature would eliminate the delay it takes for the salesperson to look up the client s record. Not all of the salespeople can type very fast, and it s embarrassing for the sales rep and rude to clients to have them spell out their last names . An automated feature like this would increase sales and help the sales team develop better relationships with our clients.

What risks could this change have on your project?	The marketing department will need to be upgraded as part of the rollout. There s no real risk in moving the department to an earlier time in the project implementation. This is with the assumption that all of the marketing laptops are available on the day of the rollout.

Why or why not?	It is essential that the marketing department use the new software in the new year. The OS upgrade will allow them to get to work on their software.
Will any aspect of the change request require additional resources? (If so what aspect?)	The one drawback of the change is that the OS upgrade is dependent on the training sessions. The users in the marketing department will need to complete the training first before the OS upgrade will be released. No additional resources are required.
Will any aspect of the change request require additional funding? (If so what aspect?)	No additional funding is needed, just a shift in the release.
Will any aspect of the change request require additional time? (If so what aspect?)	No additional time will be required.
What areas of the change request have the most impact on your project?	The users in marketing will need to complete the training sessions before other users in the company. The class dates are still the same, only the users in this department will complete the training sessions first in order to receive the OS rollout first.
