Chapter 19: Tips and Tricks

Overview

What well cover in this chapter:

  • Brownian (random) motion

  • Random distribution

  • Interval- and timer-based animation

  • Collisions between same-mass objects

  • Integrating sound

  • Useful formulas

Well, you made it to the last chapter. This one I set aside for all the little things I really wanted to tell you about, but didnt really fit in anywhere else, or would have distracted from the main points I was trying to get across in some other chapter.

Im also going to regroup all the formulas weve been coming up with and listing at the end of each chapter, so this can serve as a single point of reference for them.

As these various subjects are just random bits and pieces (albeit useful bits), theres not a whole lot of organizing I can do here. Thus each section will be a standalone unit. So, without further ado, here we go.
