Summary

This hour introduced Office 2003 by showing you a little of what each of the suite's programs can accomplish. Before learning Office specifics, you need to get the big picture. This hour provided that big picture and introduced the Office tools that you will use.

All Office programs share a common interface and help system. After you learn one Office program, the others are easy to master. Some users find that they can use Office for all their computer needs.

Hour 2, "Welcome to Word 2003," introduces Word. You'll soon see why Word is considered the most powerful word processor available.
