This hour extended your Access knowledge by showing you how to use the Datasheet view to enter and print data. You also learned how to create and use forms. Access replaces the paper forms you are used to and provides a form-like approach to data entry and editing.

The Form Wizard quickly generates nice forms for you from your table data. The Form Wizard is a great place to start designing your forms because it analyzes your table and generates a form based on your table's fields.
