Using Find and Replace

You can use the PowerPoint Find option to quickly locate a phrase or word in your presentation. PowerPoint searches all the text objects ”including all slides and speaker's notes ”in your presentation for the text you specify. It is best to use this option in Normal view. Simply select Edit, Find or Edit, Replace to locate specific text within your presentation and change that text if you wish to do so.
